(Video) Oil spill: complete media blackout, worse than expected, catastrophic

On June 10th, 2010, while staying near Grande Isle Florida, a man named James Fox was interviewed on Mel Fabregas’ Veritas radio show. He explained how BP had imposed a complete media blackout concerning the oil spill. He explained how he was barred from going to Grande Isle. In fact, he wasn't even allowed to come within 5 miles. "There’s a complete media blackout, no freedom of the press.
"The airspace over the Gulf is closed, reporters aren't even allowed to see how bad it is, they won’t allow photography, they are arresting photographers." People are afraid to talk; they look down at their feet when I ask them questions" Fox said.

I questioned Fox's comments, so I did some looking around. Surely enough, I found a video of workers turning down journalist interviews. They looked nervous. The video is posted below.

With all the recent speculation surrounding the BP oil spill, one may wonder if the spill is much worse than expected. The 5,000 foot long pipe that links the oil well to Transocean’s now submerged rig is believed by many to be destroyed. If this is the case, there is nothing to cap. Just a hole in the ocean floor spewing out 50,000-100,000 PSI of oil, liquid metals, rocks, gases, bacteria, and magma.
