At 11:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "KABAYAN" has maintained its strength as it continues to move in a North Northwest direction.
Tropical Storm "Kabayan" is estimated based on satellite and surface data at 1,160 km East Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan (19.3°N, 133.9eg;E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kph.
Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that Tropical Storm "Juaning" is moving North Northwest at 9 kph.
