Manila, Philippines - R&B singer Kyla and her longtime boyfriend cager Rich Alvarez will tie the knot before the year ends.
“Sa November 28 na,” Kyla announced. “This year na ‘yan. So ilang buwan na lang,” the bride-to-be added.
The singer happily shared their pre-wedding “Save the Date” video, which was shot in Virgin Beach Resort, San Juan, Batangas.
Dishing out anecdotes about the shoot, the singer said, “Sinabi lang nila sa amin, ‘O, basta tumakbo-takbo lang kayo.
With four months before the wedding date, Kyla is now on a rush in attending to some details for her altar date with the basketball player of Talk ‘N Text team, Tropang Texters, of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
Like sa church parang meron silang parang early requirement. Kunwari kailangan mong i-submit three months before. May mga gano’n. So kami, like ‘yung sa seminar namin, we have to do that as much as possible.”
Asked what her wedding theme would be, Kyla quipped, “vintage Hollywood.”
She also related her simple request to her parents.
We couldn’t wait to ano, parang travel and explore the world together.”
Kyla doesn’t hide the fact that she feels very fortunate to have met Rich, with whom she has been for about five years now.
Back in February, Kyla recalled how rich proposed to her the month before.
Ayun, nag-propose na siya," she recalled.
In another interview, she also shared details about her dream wedding.
