UN Treaty which Bans Guns reaches U.S. (Video Included)

Constitution
On October 30 2009, the United States joined 152 countries in support of an "Arms Trade Treaty Resolution" (1), which establishes dates for a 2012 United Nations conference intended to strip American/global sovereignty by stripping citizens of their right to bear arms. The General Assembly, consisting of 192 UN member governments, adopted a resolution setting out a timetable over the next two years to discuss the Arms Trade Treaty Resolution, including a final UN conference which is set to take place in 2012. (2)The vote was unanimous: 153-1, with 19 countries absent. John Bolton, the Former UN ambassador cautioned gun owners "The UN is trying to act as though this is just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there’s no doubt the real agenda here is domestic firearms control.” (3) Could this be a part of the famed "new world order." Once the Gun Ban is passed by the UN General Assembly it has to be ratified by each nation individually. Well, Guess what? Hillary Clinton is a strong advocate of the measure and has pledged to push the U.S. Senate into ratifying the treaty. This is an amendment of the Constitution, and according to the Constitution itself, cannot be violated by any domestic/international body.

Brian Wood, disarmament expert for the London-based Amnesty International said, “Without U.S. support, the process may have been formally agreed in the sense of getting a majority vote."

The Constitution of the United States, Article VI:

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States. Our Constitution was designed to forbid this from occurring. Any such action to mandate, through a global governing body, that the right to bear arms is illegal, should be considered a treasonous act by the government. This proposed new world order global gun ban is a violation of the constitution our founding fathers fought so hard to protect.
